You can follow the Dev Setup for local setup. For nitty gritties, please follow the README documentation for each repository.
Note: There might be a few rough edges to be smoothened out during the setup. Please contact us via mailing list or raise issues against the dev-setup in the CM repository. Even better make a PR for the fixes.
